Field Merchandiser

About the role

This role involves managing outlet relationships, stock management, visual merchandising, and sales operations across multiple retail stores. You will negotiate rental contracts, maintain product visibility, implement promotional materials, and support sales activities while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure rental contracts with outlets to obtain optimal space for product placement
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned outlets to ensure smooth collaboration
• Replenish stocks to maintain product visibility and availability in stores
• Retrieve dairy products from the chiller room for timely display
• Ensure all products, information, and promotional materials are presented according to company guidelines
• Implement and optimize placement of Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) at strategic in-store locations to maximize brand visibility
• Actively promote products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and drive sales
• Travel daily between multiple stores within a designated geographical cluster
• Prepare, process, and maintain documentation including goods issue summaries, return forms, and order forms
• Identify, report, and dispose of damaged or expired products in-line with company procedures

About you

• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 5-day work week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Capable of daily travel between multiple stores within a designated geographical cluster
