Field officer

• Identify, approach, and onboard new fleet owners and transport vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Verify vendor documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.
• Maintain vendor database and records.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and escalations promptly.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors.
• Ensure timely submission and renewal of vendor documents.
