FIELD OFFICER

A well-established Chemical Manufacturing Company is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Officer to strengthen its market presence and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned market.
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify sales gaps, untapped markets, and new customer segments.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, customer offers, market activities, and market presence.
• Collect and report market intelligence and provide feedback on customer requirements and changing market trends.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, customer inquiries, orders, and pending payments where required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production and Accounts teams regarding customer requirements and order status.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Visit industrial/commercial areas regularly to identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, prospects, orders, and market feedback.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly field visit, customer development, sales gap, and competitor activity reports to management.

Additional Information:

• Experience in chemical, industrial, manufacturing sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, market research, and customer relationship skills required.
• Candidates with strong knowledge of the Karachi industrial market will be preferred.
• Competitive salary package will be offered according to experience and suitability.

Pay: Rs60,886.78 - Rs93,481.25 per month
