WE’RE HIRING — FIELD OFFICER
DigitMonie is looking for a smart, reliable and results-driven Field Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Visit and engage prospective and existing customers
- Assist with customer onboarding and documentation
- Follow up on loan repayments and customer accounts
- Verify customer information when required
- Maintain good relationships with customers
- Submit daily/weekly field reports to the team
- Support other field operations assigned by management
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Comfortable working within the field and interacting with customers
- Previous experience in financial services, sales, loan operations or field work is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital tools
Job Type: Full-time
