Field Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations / Facility Management Coordinator to oversee daily field staff administration, training, compliance, and client coordination.

In this role, you will act as the crucial link between field teams, store operations, and management—ensuring smooth daily facility workflows, high attendance standards, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish training schedules and conduct comprehensive training programs for all field staff.
• Maintain accurate digital and manual attendance records ,manage shift rosters, and oversee buffer employees and duty assignments.
• Ensure strict adherence to dress codes (shoes, ID cards, uniforms) and follow up on the arrangement of mandatory medical fitness certificates.
• Maintain FM Corner box records, manage TCC requirements and store disbursals, coordinate deep cleaning activities (planning, execution, and checklists), schedule store audits, and share timely reports.
• Handle day-to-day housekeeper and supervisor gap-filling, process document certifications, and serve as a key point of contact for client coordination.
• Requirements :
• Proven experience in facility management, operations coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with digital attendance platforms (Using by Company mobile Attendance Software - Mhere Pro ) and biometric systems.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage shift rosters, compliance documentation, and multi-store audits efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
