Field Operation Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare partners.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and partner coordination.
• Conduct regular field visits.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Track operational activities, performance and partner requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
• Identify operational gaps and implement timely solutions.
• Achieve assigned operational and business targets.
• Prepare regular field visit and performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Any Graduate with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Field Operations / Field Sales / Healthcare Operations preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills Mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Internet and online platforms.
• Comfortable with field visits and partner/customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
