Field Operations & Operations Experience Coordinator - Eldercare Pilot

This person should be able to:

• Visit seniors homes and complete safety assessments.
• Communicate respectfully with seniors and their children.
• Coordinate products, technicians and small home repairs.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Supervise installations and inspect completed work.
• Arrange home visits and accompaniment services.
• Record every lead, visit, quotation and follow-up in the CRM.
• Collect payments, feedback and operating-cost information.
• Report problems honestly rather than merely agreeing with you.
