Role Description

PART TIME

This is a part-time role that requires traveling to our vacation rentals in the Nashville downtown area. As a Field Operations Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to conducting inspections of properties, ensuring that rentals have been cleaned to set expectations and ready for arrivals, meticulously reporting property damages or suggested improvements, helping with minimal maintenance tasks as needed such as clearing a sink or tub drain, troubleshooting tech items such as WiFi and cable, and other errands as needed. Your primary role will be to ensure properties are ready for check-ins and be a helping hand to our team.

• Basic computer skills required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Spanish is a plus!
• Weekend availability required
