Field Operations Assistant (Project-Based)

Job summary

We are looking for a Field Operations Assistant to support a six-month project. The role involves completing assigned field tasks, coordinating with government and private offices, and providing timely updates to the project supervisor. Candidates must be willing to travel for field work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field assignments in support of the project.
• Coordinate professionally with personnel in government and private offices.
• Update the supervisor on progress, issues, and potential delays.
• Recommend practical next steps when challenges arise in the field.
• Follow applicable rules, company procedures, and standards of conduct.
• Plan and manage field activities to meet project deadlines.
• Assist other teams with related project tasks when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit required reports or documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in field coordination, liaison work, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment within assigned responsibilities.
• Professional and respectful when dealing with external offices and personnel.
• Available for a part-time, six-month project and willing to perform field work.

Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
