Field Operations Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Handle field operations and hospital visits as required.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day field activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Visit hospitals and other assigned locations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Good understanding of the internet and basic digital tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
• Must have a personal vehicle for hospital visits.
• Valid driving license preferred/required for field travel.
