Job Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc degree in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
• Proficient in using computer applications and systems, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams.
• Ability to plan and organize tasks proactively.
• Technical knowledge of pests, service processes, chemicals, and equipment is essential.
• Self-learning and development, with above 90% score in online assessments.
• Trained and qualified Technicians as per Technical Training Guideline (L-1 TAT within 30 days; L-2 within 9-months of joining).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proactive in planning and organizing.
• Technical knowledge of Pests, Service Processes, Chemicals & Equipments.
