Telos Insulation is a growing insulation company looking for a Field Operations Manager who wants more than just another construction job.

We need someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day field operations, lead our crews, maintain high quality standards, and help us build a company capable of significant growth.

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Make sure our jobs are completed correctly, efficiently, safely, and professionally without the owner having to manage every detail.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will spend a significant amount of time in the field visiting jobs, inspecting work, solving problems, coaching employees, and holding crews accountable.

What You’ll Own

Manage daily field operations across multiple crews and jobs
Make sure crews are properly staffed and prepared before leaving for jobs
Review job scopes with crews and ensure they understand expectations
Travel between active jobs throughout the day
Perform quality-control inspections before jobs are considered complete
Verify spray foam depth, coverage, air sealing, fiberglass installation, crawlspace work, and overall workmanship
Ensure required job photos and documentation are completed
Catch mistakes before the customer does
Coordinate and resolve callbacks quickly
Identify why callbacks happened and prevent repeat problems
Hold employees accountable for production, quality, attendance, cleanliness, and professionalism
Help onboard new employees and ensure required employment/payroll paperwork is completed
Monitor equipment, rigs, vehicles, tools, and material needs
Communicate problems quickly and bring solutions—not just problems
Help develop better systems as the company grows

Who We’re Looking For

You do not necessarily need to be a spray foam expert.

We are more interested in finding someone who knows how to lead people and run construction operations.

Experience in insulation, roofing, HVAC, restoration, residential construction, production building, or another construction trade is highly valuable.

You may be a great fit if you:

What Success Looks Like

Our owner should be able to focus on sales, relationships, estimating, and growing the company because you have control of field operations.

Crews know what they’re doing.

Jobs are properly staffed.

Materials and equipment are ready.

Work gets inspected.

Callbacks decrease.

Problems get handled.

Customers are taken care of.

And when something goes wrong, you’re already working on the solution.

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 annually depending on experience

Performance bonus opportunities will be available based on areas such as:

Quality control
Reduction in callbacks
Production efficiency
Crew performance
Operational execution
