Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial Field Operations Manager to oversee and expand our Florida operations. This role involves managing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across our client base, which includes home builders, agriculture facilities, and commercial construction firms. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Florida branch, ensuring efficiency and quality across all projects.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities to support business growth and expansion efforts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including home builders, agriculture facilities, and commercial construction firms.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise field staff to ensure safety compliance and high performance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational productivity.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to develop strategic plans for regional growth in Florida.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality assurance standards across all operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing field operations within the construction, coatings, or related industries.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze operational data to make informed decisions that drive efficiency and growth.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field operations is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
