Field Operations Manager

Key Skills:

Lead, structure, and supervise the ground field team.

Plan logistics, venue setups, permissioning, and execution for social events and public meetings.

Build networks with local community leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Monitor public feedback and ensure high turnouts for events.

Requirements: Proven experience in ground event management, field operations, political/NGO campaign management, and team leadership. Excellent local network in Roorkee/Haridwar district is highly preferred.Role & responsibilities
