Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Operations Manager to lead our franchisee teams and drive operational excellence across multiple locations. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise franchisee teams to ensure efficient execution of projects, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing franchisee relationships, and expanding service offerings.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion of field activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to franchisees and managers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies across all field sites.

Experience

• Proven experience in restaurant operations while leading a team.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from start to finish.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with supervising experience in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build lasting franchisee relationships.
• Prior experience in supervising diverse teams across multiple locations is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and compliance regulations.

Key qualifications include:

• At least 3 years’ experience working in operational decision-making role
• Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations including, but not limited to: health and food safety, management procedures, service standards, bar operations, kitchen experience
• Minimum 3years of proven leadership and people management experience, preferably in an operational environment with knowledge of acts, standards, and regulations
• Strong communication and writing skills in English
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as proven guest focus i
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills necessary to manage operational situations
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Pay: $72,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
