About Us

PLT Landscaping Services LLC is a growing landscape maintenance and installation company serving commercial and residential properties throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Field Production Manager to oversee daily field operations and ensure our crews deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Position Summary

The Field Production Manager is responsible for managing daily production, supervising field crews, maintaining quality standards, coordinating schedules, and ensuring company equipment and vehicles are operating efficiently. This position serves as a key leader within the company and reports directly to ownership.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise multiple landscape maintenance and installation crews.

Conduct daily morning dispatch meetings and route reviews.

Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards.

Perform routine field inspections and quality control audits.

Train, mentor, and develop crew leaders and field employees.

Monitor labor hours, productivity, and job efficiency.

Coordinate equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

Enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Resolve field issues, employee concerns, and customer service matters.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.

Communicate daily with office staff regarding scheduling and customer requests.

Maintain accurate production and inspection reports.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of landscape management or supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and safety procedures.

Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously.

Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing commercial landscape accounts.

Experience with scheduling software and field management systems.

Knowledge of irrigation, plant identification, and landscape installation practices.
