Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Field Operations Manager with experience in operations, logistics, or workforce coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, coordinating with field teams, monitoring task execution, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working with field and blue-collar teams, and be willing to work on-ground whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with technicians, field staff, warehouse personnel, and other operational teams.
• Assist in manpower planning, allocation, attendance tracking, and workforce management.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including movement and dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, operational records, and documentation.
• Track workforce productivity, attendance, task completion, and operational performance.
• Identify operational issues, coordinate their resolution, and escalate critical matters to the concerned manager.
• Support inventory management, stock tracking, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Coordination, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience coordinating with field staff or blue-collar workforce is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work on-ground when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with qualifications or experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
