Field Operations Manager

Crew and Jobsite Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for field questions across every active project, so crews aren't left waiting on an answer
• Catch and resolve jobsite issues early, before they turn into a schedule delay or a call to the Project Manager

Scheduling and Workforce

• Build and adjust the crew schedule across every active job, balancing our installers so each site has the right hands on the right day
• Forecast labor needs ahead of upcoming work, so staffing is never the reason a job stalls

Jobsite Readiness and Quality

• Confirm materials, equipment, and site access are ready before crews arrive, so a crew never shows up to a site that isn't ready for them
• Hold installation quality and workmanship to our standard across every crew and every site
• Run the field safety program and keep training compliance current

Team and Equipment

• Hire, train, retain and offboard field staff as the crew grows or needs
• Keep tools, vehicles, and equipment accounted for and in working order

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
