- Recruitment and candidate coordination

- Site attendance and manpower management
- Handling day-to-day site operational activities
- Coordinating with site teams and employees
- Ensuring smooth deployment and operational support
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 14 years of experience in operations, facility management, site supervision, or manpower handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai sites
- Immediate joiners preferred
