Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle for daily travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license, pass background/ Drug screen, willingness to travel.
• Conduct field visits to inspect properties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records using insurance software and mobile applications.
• Communicate updates to management regarding report status or required documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time goals.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
