Field Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchant Visits: Conduct regular on-site visits to partner merchants (e.g., retail stores, restaurants) to maintain strong working relationships.
• Payment Channel Testing & Verification: Inspect merchant payment devices (POS machines, QR codes, etc.) and perform live transaction tests to ensure seamless payment processing and system stability.
• POSM Deployment & Maintenance: Replace and update point-of-sale marketing materials (posters, table stands, stickers, decals) to ensure brand presentation meets compliance standards.
• Field Task Management: Complete assigned daily visit quotas across targeted areas and accurately log field visit reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a high sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working outdoors and moving frequently between different locations.
• Familiarity with smartphones and mobile payment technologies.
