Help launch something new, and grow into running it

Fresh Look Concepts is a North Texas general contractor that has been building, remodeling and caring for homes since the late '90s. Our work includes landscaping, fences, pools, staining, remodels and outdoor projects. We're launching Curb Standard, a scheduled yard-care membership for homeowners in Castle Hills and nearby neighborhoods, alongside our Priority Promise client program.

We're hiring one person to be on the ground floor of that launch. This isn't a crew position. You'll be the face of the program in the neighborhood, the link between homeowners, crews and the office, and the person we're preparing to run this branch of the company.

We'll give you the tools: a company truck, a custom field app built for this job, a playbook, training and direct access to leadership. What you do with them is up to you.

What a typical day looks like

• Start at the office each morning: pick up the company truck, review the day's goals and route, and load materials.
• Work the neighborhoods. Visit homes in Castle Hills and surrounding areas, introduce Curb Standard, leave door hangers, and log every visit, contact and photo in our app.
• Book and support walkthroughs. Help homeowners schedule free yard walkthroughs, and follow up on interested leads quickly and professionally.
• Keep member visits on track. Check on crews, confirm work matches our standard, and make sure each homeowner gets their visit photos.
• Spot opportunities. Notice what a home could use, like a fence that needs staining, a tired bed or a tree that needs work, and pass it along as a lead.
• Run errands as needed. Deliver materials to job sites, check progress on active projects, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• End of day: wrap up your notes in the app, review your numbers against daily and weekly goals, and return the truck.

Who we're looking for

Required

• Experience in contracting, landscaping or home services
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record; must qualify for our commercial auto insurance
• Comfortable talking with homeowners face to face: friendly, confident and honest
• Reliable, on time and accountable without being chased
• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather, stay on your feet most of the day, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable using a smartphone app for daily logging and photos

Strongly preferred

• Project management or field coordination experience, especially working with subcontractors
• Knowledge of Castle Hills, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Lantana, Argyle or Bartonville
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, a real plus since many of our crew members are Spanish speakers. Not a "must"
• An eye for home improvement: you can look at a property and see what would make it better
• Interest in moving into management

The truck: earned, not given

A company pickup is provided for work. Each day starts at the office, where you pick it up. Once you've shown you're responsible, consistently met or exceeded your daily and weekly goals, and proven you're the right person to lead this branch, you can earn the privilege of taking the truck home, provided you have a safe place to park it.

That's how everything works here. Nothing is handed out; everything is earned.

Pay and growth

• $15–$20/hour starting base, depending on your knowledge and experience
• Earnings that grow with performance. Your income can rise based on results: memberships launched, goals hit, and project opportunities you bring in. People who spot what a home needs, and think and act beyond the job description, will earn the most.
• A real path to leadership. As Curb Standard grows, so does this role. We're hiring the person we expect to run it.
