Field Operations Specialist / Driver

Job Details:

Hi! We are looking for a Field Operations Specialist / Driver to support our team operations, monitor daily station reports, and drive to project locations!

• POSITION: Field Operations Specialist / Driver
• DEPLOYMENT: Metro Manila / LRT & MRT-3 Stations
• WORK SETUP: Field-based / Shifting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manpower scheduling and monitor site team activities across stations
• Maintain daily timekeeping records and attendance tracking logs
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and operational procedures
• Monitor ticketing resolution systems (RSD) and assist in escalating urgent site tickets
• Prepare daily progress logs, incident reports, and maintenance metrics
• Assist in guiding site technicians and organizing daily project workflows
• Act as a reliable communication line between site personnel and office management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License (Restriction 2 / Code B) and proficient in driving Manual Transmission
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace tools
• Good team coordination, organization, and technical reporting skills
• Practical knowledge in basic hardware and equipment troubleshooting
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willing to be deployed across LRT/MRT-3 stations and work on shifting schedules
