Field Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Sr. Operations Manager
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational systems and procedures to ensure smooth retail operations (from demand planning to achieving 100% fill rate)
• Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and retail partners to ensure all operational requirements (e.g., product requests, store improvements, promotions) are fulfilled
• Conduct regular store and beauty counter visits to:
• Evaluate performance of Beauty Assistants
• Ensure store orderliness and compliance
• Perform market analysis
• Identify and resolve operational issues
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of products, testers, and supplies; escalate needs to head office and handle urgent replenishments when necessary
• Participate in operational events such as product launches, special activations, invitational selling, conventions, fairs, and bazaars

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail or FMCG
• Background in roles such as Key Account Management, Buying, Operations, or Category/Brand Management is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to work
• Demonstrates both charismatic and pragmatic leadership
• Knowledgeable in retail operations, team management, and sales execution
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Willing to render overtime and work on weekends when required
• Willing to do fieldwork
