Field Operator

We’re seeking an experienced Field Operator to ensure safe and efficient LPG production. This role will report to the Sr. Production Lead and requires expertise in start-up, shutdown, and HSE compliance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Oil & Gas Processing Engineering.
• Has at least 5 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Understands HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
• Has proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out refinery start-up activities according to established Standard & Operating Procedure
• Carry out refinery shutdown activities both in normal and emergency conditions.
• Carry out orders from superiors/supervisors that have relevance to refinery operations.
• Implement and understand HSE policies and report any potential hazards.
• Responsible to the Shift Production Supervisor for any work performed.
• Understand, follow and implement company regulations.
• Maintain, use and care for all company equipment and facilities to keep them in good condition and ready to use.
• Carry out special orders from direct superiors for the benefit of the company.
• Implement and comply with HSE policies
• Carry out LPG refinery operations safely and according to procedures to obtain production according to the set target for 12 hours in its guard.
• Monitor operating conditions and equipment in the field, fill out log sheets, report abnormal conditions in the field and other routine work
