Who are we looking for?

Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Field Operator to join our dredging team. This will see you travelling extensively to various job sites and working as part of team to predominantly undertake the task of dredging ponds across the country. This will involve operating specialised equipment, for which all training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be prepared to travel, and be away for up to 2 weeks at a time
• Be practical and technically minded
• Be motivated, reliable, and willing to learn new skills
• Be adept at working well independently, but also as part of a team
• Have a full NZ driver’s licence, class 4 is preferred but not essential
