The Field Program is a key pillar of the Liberal Party of Canada’s engagement and election readiness strategy. At its core, the program is about growing our movement for positive change, by leading conversations and engagement with Canadians. You will be joining the team that empowers thousands of volunteers across the country with the training, tools, and technology they need to lead Days of Action and grow our Party at the local level.

What we offer you

  • Comprehensive benefits coverage
  • Wellness programs
  • Employee & family assistance program
  • Defined contribution pension plan
  • Flexible schedule arrangements
  • Prime downtown location close to transit & shopping
  • No charge gym membership & shower facilities

  • Meet clear goals to increase the number of Victory Fund donors in each riding.
  • Provide training, support, and management for local teams, organizers, riding associations, and volunteers.
  • Regularly host in-person and online training sessions and team meetings.
  • Assist local organizers and teams, and key volunteers in the planning and management of fundraising, engagement and movement building activities.
  • Assist in the development, promotion, and sharing of best practice modules.
  • Assist in maintaining the LPC’s online and social media presence.
  • Ensure all fundraising, volunteer and engagement data is appropriately tracked in Liberalist.

You’ll need to have

  • Great personality! You should be energetic, organized, love people, and be comfortable with public speaking.
  • Possess a working knowledge of Canadian politics and the values that bring us together as a Party.
  • Passionate about raising money for a good cause.
