Field Outsourcing Coordinator

About the role

Manage manpower administration and filing systems, update employee data, monitor manpower movements, and coordinate with client representatives regarding manpower requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage manpower administration and filing systems
• Update employee data and provide regular reports to clients
• Monitor manpower movements (in/out) and prepare periodic manpower reports
• Manage employment contracts (PKWT) and employee administrative documentation
• Prepare and process employee-related documents, including BPJS registration, warning letters, and employment certificates (Paklaring)
• Coordinate with client representatives and staff regarding manpower requirements while maintaining effective communication and professional relationships

About you

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any relevant field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in managing outsourced workforce is preferred
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices in the manufacturing industry, particularly Industrial Relations regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high motivation and a positive work attitude
