FIELD PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary
RestoreFast is hiring a Field Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction, remediation, and restoration operations in the Ft. Detrick and surrounding commercial sites across the Maryland region. This is a hands-on field leadership role — you are the primary point of contact for facility managers, and the operational link between our field crews and program management. You own site execution, safety, schedule adherence, and quality from mobilization.

Duties

• Serve as the primary daily interface with facility managers and other representatives at existing and new installations
• Direct and hold accountable field supervisors, crew leads, and subcontractors across active work scopes
• Manage project lifecycle milestones: mobilization, scheduling, daily progress tracking, inspections, and punch-list closeout
• Document and validate all field activities in FieldMate (company field app): labor, materials, inspections, change orders, photos, equipment, and expenses
• Identify and manage change order process in real time; communicate scope deviations to program management and other stakeholders
• Enforce OSHA, site-specific, and installation safety requirements daily
• Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractor scheduling, and equipment logistics
• Provide daily field status updates to program management using company enterprise network system and field service applications
• Travel to project sites within a 200-mile radius as required

Skills

• 3–5 years of field construction experience in remediation, reconstruction, remodeling, demolition, or related trades, COMM (change of occupancy maintenance)
• Demonstrated ability to manage supervisors, field workers, and subcontractors on active job sites
• Must pass a federal background check (real identification credential)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Computer proficient — comfortable learning proprietary enterprise tech systems, field service apps, and labor resource management platforms
• Strong communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to interface professionally with government clients
• Self-starter who can manage competing priorities across multiple active scopes
• Bilingual a plus

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience on federal military installations or government-managed facilities
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with field documentation apps (Procore, Fieldwire, ServiceTitan, or similar)
• Background in environmental remediation, mold abatement, or water/fire restoration

TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS

RestoreFast operates a proprietary tech stack including a field service application (FieldMate), enterprise system, and labor resource management platform. You will be expected to document field activity in real time. Training is provided — we need someone willing to embrace these tools as a core part of the job.

Pay: $59,735.00 - $71,348.00 per year
