Field Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Field Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee field-based project execution across interdisciplinary teams, with a strong emphasis on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. The position requires close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and specialized stakeholders to keep work aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading large-scale programs in a field environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational discipline.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams of project professionals and manage work effort across the field site.
• Prepare detailed work plans, including execution approach and project budget.
• Develop risk management plans in collaboration with specialists.
• Ensure personnel adhere to safety practices and industry standards.
• Make strategic decisions regarding planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and customer expectations.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or construction-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience on large-scale programs.
• 3+ years in a leadership role at a field site.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA federal and local coordination and project requirements.
