Field Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction site activities, ensuring projects progress according to schedule, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project schedules using project management software, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors; foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety protocols, building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections; identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage contract administration processes including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
• Maintain meticulous records of project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, inspection records, and correspondence.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site management across commercial or infrastructure projects. Solar and electrical experience is required.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software like ProCore or Prolog.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, construction plans, contracts, and technical specifications. Solar and electrical experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced construction environments while maintaining high safety standards.
• Excellent understanding of construction regulations, codes, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of managing project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; adept at time management and prioritization.
• Effective communicator capable of liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams seamlessly.
