Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Purchase Executive to support the company’s purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, collect quotations, and ensure timely procurement of required materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers and vendors for purchase-related activities.
• Source materials and collect quotations from different suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding price, availability, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Compare quotations and share purchase details with the concerned team.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the office and stores team regarding material requirements.
• Verify received materials against purchase requirements.
• Maintain basic purchase records and vendor information.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers.
• Handle other field-related purchase activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase, procurement, vendor coordination, or a similar field role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and vendor handling.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Willingness to travel locally for vendor and purchase-related work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
• Two-wheeler riding skills are required for field visits.
