What they need
Scope of work
- Execute field purchasing by sourcing and buying material, tools and services
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedule and terms
- Coordinate logistic and delivery
- Maintain precise purchasing records
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, Iso requirements, Budget limits and quality requirements
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent or a related field is preferred
- Minimum experience 2 years
- No education qualification but good experience with min. 3 years
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skill MS Excel and office. Experience with procurement software are advantageous
- High integrity, strong problem solving abilities, work independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
