Field Quality Engineer

The successful candidate will report to the Country Head directly & Functional reporting to Global Head Enterprise Quality. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Understand & inspect the different products basis the Quality standards defined.
• Measuring, analyzing, reporting and concluding all quality aspects and secure the desired quality level in all customer deliveries.
• Serve as a resource by recommending appropriate compliance efforts and proposing improvements to the Quality System.
• Provide timely information to Management on the status of conformance to requirements
• Effectively implement the Quality Systems strategy as defined.
• Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators including Warranty rate, , Warranty rework levels, rejection % analysis
• Write Product test & Quality procedures
• Undertake special projects as required
• Assist with training on Quality awareness
• Identify root cause and investigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues that arise
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained

Requirements

1. 5~10 Years of Experience in handling Customer Quality / Field Quality mainly 2W / 3W assembly.
2. BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
3. Knowledge of Electric Vehicle & Li-Ion battery will be preferred.
4. Understanding of Motor, Controller, VCU, Wiring Harness
5. Understanding of Engineering Drawings.
6. Basic Understanding of IATF/ISO requirements
7. Proficient in Quality Tools
8. Write and monitor employee goals.
9. Decision Making Ability
10. Hold employees accountable for job responsibilities and achieving goals.
11. Problem Solving Abilities
12. Basic Knowledge of SAP
