About the Role

Samplify is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-level candidate sourcing, recruitment drives, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks.
• Conduct recruitment drives and coordinate walk-in interviews.
• Visit local areas to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for field recruitment.
• Recruitment experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
