Job Title: Field Recruitment Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing valid candidates through market visits, reference generation, and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market visits to identify and source eligible candidates.
• Generate candidate references through local contacts, networks, and referrals.
• Approach potential candidates, explain available opportunities
• Verify candidate eligibility and process for Interview.
• Follow up with candidates
• Build a strong candidate network through regular field activities and reference generation.
• Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
• Ability to generate references and source valid candidates.
• Target-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.
• Experience in field sales, recruitment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
