Field Representative

PENCIL ONE is a product photography studio based in Holbrook, MA. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and personable Part-Time B2B Field Outreach Representative to help introduce our company to businesses throughout the Greater Boston area.

This is not a traditional sales or cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility is to visit pre-selected local businesses, professionally deliver a small branded introduction package to the appropriate contact or department, briefly explain who PENCIL ONE is when needed, and record useful feedback from each visit.

What You'll Do

• Drive a pre-planned local business route, typically visiting approximately 12–15 businesses per day
• Enter offices and businesses and professionally approach reception or front-desk staff
• Deliver a small PENCIL ONE introduction package to a named contact or the appropriate e-commerce, creative, marketing, or production team
• Give a brief, friendly introduction to PENCIL ONE when appropriate
• Answer a small set of basic FAQs using provided talking points
• Collect contact information when someone requests follow-up
• Record simple visit results after each stop, such as:
• Who received the package
• Whether the named contact was reached
• Questions or interest expressed
• Whether follow-up was requested
• Use a mobile route/navigation app to complete and document assigned stops

What This Role Is NOT

You will not be expected to:

• Cold call businesses
• Pressure anyone into scheduling a meeting
• Give pricing or quotes
• Negotiate services
• Close sales
• Make promises about project timing or scope

The goal of each visit is simple: make a professional introduction, successfully deliver the package, and capture useful information for our team.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving between multiple local business locations
• Smartphone with reliable mobile service
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field

Previous experience in brand ambassador work, field marketing, customer service, hospitality, account support, delivery, or B2B outreach is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$26–$32 per hour, depending on experience
Mileage reimbursed
Paid training provided

Routes and materials will be prepared for you in advance.

PENCIL ONE is a Holbrook-based product photography studio working with brands and e-commerce teams on product photography including apparel, footwear, accessories, ghost mannequin, flat lay, and on-model photography.

We are looking for someone who can represent our company in a friendly, polished, low-pressure way and become a reliable part of our local outreach program.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
