About Allstate Exteriors

Allstate Exteriors is a growing exterior home improvement company looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Field Representatives.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being active throughout the day, and wants the opportunity to grow within a company.

No previous sales or canvassing experience is required. We provide training.

Position Details

• Pay: $15 per hour + performance-based incentives
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Location: Central Ohio
• Transportation: Company vehicle provided
• Personal Vehicle: Not required
• Workday: Starts and ends at our office

How Your Day Works

Your workday begins at our office, where you'll meet with the team and prepare for the day.

From the office, you'll travel with the team in a company-provided vehicle to assigned neighborhoods. You'll spend the day speaking with homeowners, generating leads, and setting appointments.

At the end of the workday, you'll return to the office with the team.

You will not be required to use your personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

As a Field Representative, you will:

• Travel to assigned neighborhoods with the team
• Speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to Allstate Exteriors and our services
• Identify potential exterior home improvement opportunities
• Generate qualified leads
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Maintain accurate records of daily activity
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Represent Allstate Exteriors professionally in the community
