FIELD REPRESENTATIVE - SAN JOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Field Officer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales, value continuous learning, and are excited by the prospect of traveling and managing different territories across the Philippines.

Core Responsibilities

• Territory Development: Identify and establish new business opportunities and client relationships in assigned regions across the Philippines.
• Product Presentation: Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective B2B or B2C clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas through active prospecting and disciplined lead follow-up.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure long-term retention and identify upselling opportunities.
• Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on local market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the Pasig HQ team.

Key Requirement

• Mobility & Relocation: Applicants must be willing to relocate and accept work assignments anywhere in the Philippines based on business needs. The role requires frequent travel and flexibility to manage different territories as assigned by the company.
