Field Robotics Integration Engineer

Deus Robotics provides Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions that help businesses automate warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and address labor shortages.

We are looking for a Field Robotics Integration Engineer based in the Greater Los Angeles area to deploy, integrate, test, and support robotic systems at a customer site in Vernon, California.

In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the reliable operation of our robots, software, and the customer’s warehouse infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and test robotic systems at the customer site.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency service needs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues.
• Provide technical support for Deus Robotics equipment and software according to established procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Collect, document, and organize information related to system malfunctions and customer-reported issues.
• Communicate customer feedback and technical findings to the relevant internal teams.
• Work directly with customer representatives and warehouse operators.
• Train on-site teams on the safe and effective use of robotic equipment.

Required qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in both Ukrainian and English.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, preferably at the system administration level.
• Experience providing technical support for customers, equipment, or automated systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

Preferred qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electrical installation.
• Experience working with robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial equipment.

Work location and schedule
