About the Position

Choice Safety is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Safety Systems Technician to join our growing team. This position involves traveling to customer locations throughout the Fort Worth area to inspect, test, maintain, and service pressure relief valves (PRVs), production safety systems, and wellhead equipment.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in the oil and gas industry. Previous mechanical experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

• Test and inspect pressure relief valves (PRVs)
• Perform preventive maintenance on production safety systems
• Grease and maintain wellheads and related equipment
• Complete inspection reports accurately and on time
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment and report any deficiencies
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Represent Choice Safety professionally at customer locations

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if applicable)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, mud, and other challenging weather conditions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
