Field Sales Agent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit assigned clients, stores, and outlets according to the daily route plan.
• Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Take customer orders accurately and submit them on time.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and display at customer locations.
• Recommend products and promotional activities to increase sales.
• Collect market information, including competitor pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Assist in introducing new products to customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales coordinator regarding order fulfillment and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed during field operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course (preferred but not required).
• With experience in field sales, FMCG, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• With a valid driver's license (if required).

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
