Field Sales Agent

Key responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads through field prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Present products/services and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales, and collections when applicable.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate or College Level, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in field sales, direct selling, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent field visits.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage, if the position requires driving.
