VUTHA is a new and growing South African business specialising in instant hot-water tap installations. We provide modern hot-water solutions for homes and businesses.

We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a developing company.

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and confident Sales Agents to promote and sell our instant hot-water taps.

This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings depend on your sales performance. There is no fixed salary and no income limit — the more you sell, the more you can earn.

Responsibilities

• Approach potential customers through door-to-door sales and provided leads
• Introduce and explain the VUTHA instant hot-water tap
• Explain the product benefits clearly and professionally
• Answer customer questions and handle objections
• Close sales and secure installation bookings
• Submit daily sales reports
• Represent VUTHA professionally when dealing with customers

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Confidence and a positive attitude
• Self-driven and motivated to earn
• Comfortable speaking to customers
• Willing to approach customers directly
• Able to work independently
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Training will be provided
