What they need
Are you ready to own the road and lead sales in your area?
We need a proactive, tenacious Field Sales Agent who thrives on finding prospects, making meetings happen, and closing deals on the spot.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scouting your entire territory daily to discover and close new leads.
- Delivering high-impact presentations and closing sales directly on the ground.
- Staying on top of current accounts to keep them active, happy, and buying.
- Overcoming client objections and pushing deals across the finish line.
- Logging daily calls, visits, and sales performance data.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Education: Graduate of Business, Marketing, or similar tracks.
- Proven Capability: 1-3 years experience in direct field sales or territory coverage.
- Gear: A motorcycle you own and a valid driver’s license.
- Dedication: Willingness to cover extensive ground across your territory and work overtime to hit targets.
Work Setup: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
