About the Role

In this role, you will represent our wellness products across assigned locations, engage with customers face-to-face, and guide them toward the right purchasing decisions. We welcome fresh graduates and eager learners—our experienced team leaders will coach you step-by-step.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers at designated field locations and roadshows.
- Present and demonstrate WINTOO wellness products clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets to unlock high performance commissions.
- Participate actively in product training, sales masterclasses, and daily team briefings.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Possess own transport (Car or Motorcycle) with a valid driving license.
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to new people.
- Positive mindset, self-motivated, and eager to learn real-world sales skills.
