About the role

Indomakmur Inti Lestari is an established trading company specializing in the import of high-quality ferrous and non-ferrous metals, engineering plastics, and electrical equipment. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Sales professional to expand our market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and pursue business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular contact and site visits
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits that company offers
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
• Present company in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems
• Work as a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

About you

• Experience in B2B lead generation and industrial sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
• Valid driver's license (SIM A & SIM C) and willing to travel
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
