Field Sales

• Generate new leads through field visits, housing societies, local networks, RWAs, and digital inquiries.
• Conduct site surveys, roof assessments, load analysis, and gather customer requirements for proposal creation.
• Present product information, financial benefits (savings, subsidies, payback), and ROI calculations clearly to homeowners.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in paperwork for subsidy, net metering, and installation documentation.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into closed sales.
• Coordinate with the design, engineering, and installation team for on-time project execution.
• Track daily leads, follow-ups, visits, and sales reports in CRM / tracking formats.
• Educate customers about government schemes, DISCOM processes, net metering, and solar maintenance.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and secure referral leads from existing customers.
• Support local marketing activities such as kiosk setups, camps, door-to-door promotions, and society events.
• Solve customer queries and ensure smooth post-sales transition to the installation team.
