Field Sales Coordinator

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct client calls and schedule appointments for store visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with wholesalers and dealership partners, by offering personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Strengthen distribution channels by supporting wholesalers and dealerships in product positioning, promotions, and after-sales service.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, satisfactory resolution.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Actively participate in product demonstrations, live events, and social media collaborations. Represent R1 at major industry gatherings such as the Makina Moto Show, Inside Racing Bike Festival & Trade Show, and the Philippine Motorcycle Expo.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates to the Supervisor.
• Analyze sales and engagement data to identify strengths, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with wholesalers and dealership partners, supporting product positioning, promotions, and after-sales service.
• Actively participate in product demonstrations, live events, and social media collaborations; represent R1 at major industry gatherings such as the Makina Moto Show, Inside Racing Bike Festival & Trade Show, and the Philippine Motorcycle Expo.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
