* **Role Overview:** A techno-commercial role focused on on-the-ground lead generation,
technical demonstrations, and consultative selling of cutting, welding, and surface treatment
products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Market Penetration:** Identify and map new business opportunities within assigned
industrial territories or manufacturing hubs.

* **Technical Consultative Selling:** Understand client fabrication challenges and recommend the
ideal solution from our portfolio (e.g., automated welding, orbital systems, or specialized
chemicals).

* **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct live technical trials and product presentations at
customer workshops or plants to prove product value.

* **Relationship Management:** Maintain strong relationships with production managers,
welding engineers, and procurement heads.

* **Reporting:** Submit regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to the
Sales Manager.
